Art at Owens Farm

Geraldine GaNun

As a native of New York City, I spent many hours of my youth wandering through the art museums there.  Even though I had a love of art at an early age, I didn't begin to make art until my sister, a talented graphic artist, passed away. As a tribute to her, I began to explore the world of art.

I enjoy the process of making art; the idea and the inspiration becomes a tangible thing that brings pleasure to those who view it.  Art that excites the artist will also excite the viewer.

Many of my pieces could be described a naturalistic in style. My realistic rendering of nature in my sculptures is often counter balanced by some type of whimsical element whether it be portrayed in the subject matter or in the content.

Thank you for taking the time to view my original ceramic and assembled art. Feel free to email me with any questions.

My ceramic art can also been seen at ACCI GALLERY
